WHAT'S NEW

  • The booking page will be closed from 10.00 AM to 2.00 PM on Dt.31.10.2025 for top-up of the target of farm machinery. The bookings will start phase-wise from 02.00 PM of Dt.31.10.2025. The slot details are as follows:

  • The booking page will remain closed from 10:00 AM on 13.10.2025 to 10:30 AM on 14.10.2025 for the reshuffling of targets.. The booking page will be opened on 14th Oct 2025 from 10.30 AM onwards phase wise.

  • Consequent upon reduction of price due to GST tariff slash w.e.f. 22 Sep 2025, the applicant/farmers who has got valid permit but not paid through Payment Gateway , shall be given a chance to change permit with reduced price as applicable through OTP validation of applicant till 29th Sep 2025.
    All active bookings and permits till 19 September are revalidated till 30 September.
  • e-RUPI will be activated for all farm machinery purchases with subsidy value upto Rs.1,00,000/- category-wise through onboarded dealers anytime shortly during the month. All the dealers are requested to get themselves onboard through the Instabiz app to give the benefit to applicants/buyers.
  • The DBT-Jalanidhi Go-ahead page will be closed with effect from 01.07.2025 permanently in view of onse of monsoon and closure of scheme.
  • e-Rupi is now activated for Pump Sets and PP Equipment purchases through onboarded dealers, effective immediately. Starting 1st June 2025, the use of e-Rupi will become mandatory. After this date, only the names of onboarded dealers will be displayed for permit generation concerning Pump Sets and PP Equipment.
  • ALL THE PUMP SET & SPRAYER DEALERS ARE REQUESTED TO GET THEMSELVES ON BOARDED TO INSTBIZ APP FOLLOWING THE SOP. INCASE OF ANY ISSUES PLEASE CONTACT THE HELPLINE NO. SHARED IN THE SOP Click Here
  • SLTC 2024-25 1st Phase Click Here
  • SLA for the implements will only be held on first three days of the week (Monday to Wednesday) from dated 14-10-2024 onwards due to scrutiny of implements for empanelment purpose.
    Manufacturers are requested to come to office of Development Engineer, OFMRDC, Bhubaneswar only on the above three days in a week on official working days.
  • As per standing order the permits where the farmer's payment is successful will be revalidated between 1st to 15th of every month. The respective dealers are requested to mail the details of such permits between 1st to 10th of each month.
